From the Manufacturer
Mark Talucci and Todd Elliott, founded THE SAK in 1989 with a singular handbag, created from a unique fabrication. The immediate success of this bag revealed a great demand in the marketplace for accessories crafted from unique textiles. Encouraged, they began developing distinctive, richly textured weaves, and, in 1994, launched THE SAK's signature fabrication, Tightweave. This exclusive textile, designed into modern handbag shapes, garnered a tremendous following, and propelled the THE SAK to become the fourth largest handbag company in the United States.

Lately I have been disappointed with purchases when they arrive since they only just match the description. I have to say in this case the description and the actual product matched up. This is a beautifully crafted bag and I am sure my girlfriend will be thrilled when she receives it for Xmas

This is an absolutely beautiful bag. The photos do it no justice. The leather is soft yet sturdy. Its big enough to accommodate the average purse stuffer. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and she loves it. Will definitely purchase this brand again. Amazon is awesome! Keeps you out of the holiday traffic.
